ABOUT ME
Andrew Matthews is a Portland-based guitarist, singer-songwriter, and guitar teacher. Among the youngest in his field, he’s known as an in-demand guitarist for several Pacific Northwest working cover bands. He also fronts The Slightest Bits- a rising original alternative/punk band, Daddy’s Vinyl-their exciting cover band altar-ego, and the Andrew Matthews Band- a classic rock-inspired original band. Across the many bands he’s worked with, he has performed at many festivals and fairs and has toured around the country.

-performed in Memphis at the Blues Foundation’s International Blues Challenge
-performed twice on the main stages of Portland’s Waterfront Blues Festival
-written, recorded, and produced a full length classic rock themed album with the Andrew Matthews Band
-completed an 11-date west coast tour with The Slightest Bits
-performed with The Slightest Bits at a packed DIY punk festival on the streets of Portland with Aussie punk heroes, The Chats
-toured Hawaii twice with a Led Zeppelin tribute band
